Raw Milk Reception
Raw milk from the farms is offloaded and graded before filtration and weighing.
Chilled raw milk in the storage tanks is pumped into the pasteurizer through inline filters where it is preheated.
High quality pasteurized milk is preheated to allow for the mixing of ingredients i.e. sugar, stabilizer or milk skim powder.
